This place is second to none our contact there was Gavin , we were welcomed and put at ease as we spoke about our choices we were not or did not feel pressured in any , we were left alone to browse we were treated like people , decided on our car a Range Rover Velar , when we collected the car we were given a delivery package, eg shown around the car ,shown various controls and were left open mouthed at the level of customer service we received Gavin was attentive without being overbearing, and willing to go over and above at any given time , we felt we were his priority, we will use this garage again and would highly recommend it to others

Great service, communication and attention from Tony. Went above and beyond to explain everything and to reassure me as it was my first time getting a car on finance.

When I arrived at the dealership Tony gave me the keys and explained he was happy for me to take a proper look around by myself, a nice touch as you feel comfortable! He then allowed me to test drive it. Can't fault Tony or the company at all! Made the whole process feel great!

The day after I rang back up as I couldn't locate the service history, no problem thought. They answered and pointed me in the right direction.

Couldn't be happier with the car I have purchased from motor switch. Tony dealt with any enquiry's I had quickly and efficiently. And I must say he's brilliant at what he does, I had some trouble at the start on my end but he talked me through it step by step as this was my first time buying a car from a car place. Great car dealership and great customer service. I'm over the moon with my new car and how quickly it got delivered to me! I live quite some way away but that didn't stop how fast everything was sorted. I wasn't able to come and view the vehicle any earlier than near closing time due to work hours and the long drive, but Tony was more than happy to stay back and use his own time just to ensure we were happy. Thanks again Tony it was truly a nice experience all round :)

What can I say about these guys....1000% brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble! So easy to deal with from day 1 and we've been on a journey together! So I bought my car in March which developed a water fault they collected the car the following day leaving me a courtesy car to use, anyway the fault came back with a couple of extra little minor issues and all I can say is these guys go ABOVE and BEYOND to get things sorted out and fixed! I absolutely cannot fault their customer service, is outstanding!! Tony, jason and glen really really lovely guys!! 5 stars enough for these guys! 100% recommend!!!

I drove nearly 3 hours to look at a car that I had been looking for with a specific spec and trim and one just happened to appear at this dealership. From first contact to actually seeing the car which was exactly as described, they even carried out the work on a couple of items that were mentioned in the MOT. I dealt with a chap called Tony who was really helpful and explained everything in detail, after seeing the car I went ahead and purchased the vehicle and they also gave a good price for my old car which I part exchanged as part of the deal. They also completed all the paperwork and taxed the car while I was there and in an hour I was on way in my new car. If you want exceptional service this dealership is worth recommending, especially Tony who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Tony made the purchase of the car very easy, left with a 12 month mot, service and a reasonable warranty. A lot of options in the area but this would be the first place I'd look in future.

Just a few points the back wheel arches both sides, had been scored with a knife on the joints , but put right now we did, not see this on our visit ? also the v 5 documents could be done quicker on line, but other than these point's very good experience over all will use them again if needed

I've recently purchased a 2016 Ford S-Max Titanium Sport from Motor Switch.
The sales adviser Tony has been absolutely fantastic to me from the very beginning. Extremely professional, very kind, and accommodating.
The car has had some advisories on the last MOT, which they have fixed before releasing the car to me (not charging me extra!).
The car was cleaned thoroughly before I picked it up, and the entire process was very smooth and stress-free.

Unfortunately, due to NO fault of theirs, the car has broken down after I drove about 100miles in it. Due to its age and mileage, the alternator has gone on it, and the battery inevitably died as it was not being charged.
I've brought a new battery and fit it myself just to get home.
When I reached out to Tony at Motor Switch the next day, to explain the issue and ask how he'd like to handle things, he's spoke to the owner (of the dealership) and they have sent out two of their mechanics who drove hour and half to my house and replaced the alternator (at the expense of the dealership), and managed to get it done within an hour! Not to mention, they've also reimbursed me for the cost of the new car battery (£157).

Their customer care is absolutely fantastic, and my experience with Motor Switch is unlike any dealership I've ever dealt with.
They seem like they truly care about their customers and take good care of them, even post-sale.

I'm extremely pleased with them, and I will recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a 2nd hand car.

Saw a Vauxhall Corsa that my son liked - got it purchased after a new MOT and service from Tony. Ever since first stepping into Motor Switch Tony was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and most of all honest. Its been a couple of weeks now and so far no issues. The only issue we have come across was today and it was my sons fault! Motor switch setup your tax to come out of your bank account on direct debit. My son mis-understood and thought the car was taxed fully (paid for!) Its a small thing and we have today setup a new tax direct debit. I am sure my son was so excited at buying the car he probably didn't listen to Tony explaining that part! He assumed Motor switch pay the tax which they don't (BUT THEY DID PAY THE £25 FOR A NEW LOG BOOK) so just be aware of that, and LISTEN when buying the cars please! I personally wasn't there when my son did the paperwork if I had OF been this would have not even have been an issue. So after a long rambling post we came from Bradford - bought a car - it went well - is so far still going well - Thanks Motor Switch and Tony! 5 ***** A+

We turned up on a Saturday without any warning and without any pictures of the car we wanted. TONY was such a nice guy to deal with, he explained that the car was getting cleaned and sorted as it was only just in. Gave us options of what we could do, arranged a day to go back and see the car. We recently bought a car from these guys and was delt with by gavin, well mannered, very helpful and not full of the usual shpeel you get from car salesmen, he even stayed open after hours to accomadate our busy work shedule. The vehicle we bought was as described online and when we got there gavin immediately told us that the service light had come on and wasnt happy for us to take the vehicle untill it had been looked at by there mechanic which he did to find out it had a couple of issues which were immediately addressed and fixed! We were kept upto date by gavin throught the cars stay in the garage. The vehicle is perfect and must of left the guys out of pocket but they maintained am if its not right it cant be handed over attitude, we will be buying our vehicles from these guys again and have sent some of our friends here for vehicles! Top team! Reasonable prices! 2nd to non on customer service and satisfaction

But I can't fault the guys here I found a issue through no fault of theirs which they fixed at my convenience and here offered a courtesy car to save me waiting. They have a no hassle approach. Nice lads genuine car dealers part ex changed my vehicle, on collection noticed the door would not unlock Gavin aranged for it to be looked at and locking mechanism replaced with out any issues.

Just got a great car at a great price from Westhoughton Motor Company. First impression: The clean and tidy forecourt is well laid out with plenty of room to walk around the cars so you can see them from every angle, they are not packed in like sardines like some garages. Their vehicles are described accurately and are all very well presented. Very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful and smartly dressed and don't hassle you so you can take your time looking around. The sales office is neat , tidy and seems very organised so getting the paperwork done is quick and easy and as a woman it doesn't feel intimidating as no 'oily mechanics' hanging around. When we picked up the car it had been valeted so looked and smelled great. There was a minor problem which occurred on the way home so we turned around and went back to the garage and they fixed it immediately. Their after sales service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
